Healthcare Support Worker - Endoscopy

At InHealth, we're continuing to grow our Endoscopy services and are looking for a compassionate and patient-focused Healthcare Support Worker to join our team in Bristol. You'll play a vital role in delivering high-quality care, supporting patients throughout their journey and helping us provide an exceptional service that recognises their physical, psychological and social needs.

• Welcome patients to the clinic in a professional, friendly and reassuring manner.
• Act as a patient advocate at all times, ensuring privacy, dignity and respect are maintained.
• Support the delivery of patient care in line with care plans established by senior nursing staff.
• Record and communicate relevant patient information and observations to senior team members.
• Clean, monitor and maintain equipment, reporting any issues or malfunctions promptly.
• Assist in maintaining a safe, clean and organised clinical environment.
• Build positive relationships with patients, relatives and members of the multidisciplinary team.
• Demonstrate a positive and proactive attitude while representing InHealth's values and commitment to excellent patient care.

Working Hours: 8:00am - 6:00pm
Flexibility Required: Monday to Sunday on a rota basis
