We're bringing Forbici to Bluewater Shopping Centre, Kent, and we're looking for a Kitchen Team Leader to lead our kitchen team, drive standards, and deliver exceptional food every day.

As a Kitchen Team Leader, you'll take ownership of the kitchen operation, leading, developing and inspiring your team to deliver exceptional quality and consistency. You'll be responsible for maintaining the highest food standards, driving performance, and creating a positive, high-performing kitchen culture from day one.

As a Kitchen Team Leader, you will

• Lead the day-to-day management of the kitchen, ensuring smooth and efficient operations
• Recruit, train, coach and develop a high-performing kitchen team
• Ensure food quality, consistency and presentation standards are delivered at all times
• Drive a culture of excellence, accountability and continuous improvement
• Manage stock, ordering, gross profit and labour costs to achieve business targets
• Ensure full compliance with food safety, health & safety and company procedures
• Lead by example during busy services, maintaining pace, organisation and attention to detail
• Work collaboratively with the front-of-house management team to deliver an exceptional guest experience
• Create a positive, supportive and engaging environment where team members can thrive and develop their careers
