• Confident in face‑to‑face customer service.
• Strong communication skills and able to work at CEFR B1 English level.

• Bonus: barista, waiting or hospitality experience, cash‑handling skills, Food Hygiene Level 2.

Role: Breakfast Host - Arcus at The Imperial

We're looking for a warm, energetic Breakfast Host to help deliver a smooth, welcoming start to the day for our guests. You'll support service across Arcus ensuring guests enjoy friendly, efficient and consistent hospitality.

• Take orders, serve guests and provide helpful information about our breakfast offering.
• Clear, clean and reset tables and service areas.
• Replenish food and beverage displays and maintain presentation standards.
• Handle cash and follow accurate cash-handling procedures.
• Follow company health, safety and hygiene procedures at all times.
