Cliveden House
Set within 376 acres of gardens and parkland overlooking the River Thames, Cliveden House is one of the world's finest five Red Star hotels. Its setting is extraordinary, but it is our people who make a stay here truly memorable.
We believe luxury hospitality can feel both exceptional and welcoming. We encourage our team to bring their personalities to work, take pride in the details and enjoy what they do.
Executive Housekeeper
We are looking for an Executive Housekeeper to lead our housekeeping team and care for every corner of Cliveden House. From guest rooms and suites to public spaces, you will set the standards, develop your team and ensure the property is presented beautifully every day.

As Executive Housekeeper you will
- Set the standard for the presentation of our guest rooms, suites and public areas
- Build strong relationships with Front Office, Maintenance and the senior management team to ensure a seamless guest experience
- Inspire, support and develop a large housekeeping team
- Bring consistency and attention to detail to every aspect of the department
- Recruit and train team members, helping them grow in their roles
- Take ownership of departmental budgets, labour costs and stock control
- Ensure health, safety and compliance requirements are met
- Use guest feedback to continually improve the housekeeping experience
