About the role

The Private Bank Training & Accreditation Programme is an end-to-end development journey for new and existing Bankers. It brings together global induction, Wealth Academy learning, accreditation, recognition and sales-leadership development.

Following design work and pilots during 2026, the programme is moving into global deployment and an ongoing quarterly operating rhythm. As Global Programme Coordinator, you'll play a central role in making the programme consistent, scalable and effective across markets.

You'll provide the coordination, planning and follow-through needed to deliver a high-quality experience for participants, stakeholders and markets globally. This is an opportunity to join a small, growing team and help shape a programme that supports high-performing client teams and exceptional advice and service-the HSBC Private Bank way.

What you'll be doing

Programme deployment and operations

  • Coordinate global deployment with local teams across the Private Bank Wealth Academy, Global Induction, Accreditation and Sales Leadership.
  • Maintain the integrated programme plan, quarterly calendar, milestones, dependencies, risks and actions.
  • Coordinate training sessions, induction activity, accreditation cohorts and recognition events.
  • Prepare progress updates for governance forums and senior stakeholders.

Accreditation and reporting

  • Manage accreditation logistics, including assessors, scheduling, materials, records and feedback.
  • Maintain accurate participation, completion and assessment reporting.
  • Maintain the central library of programme materials, templates and guidance.
  • Support a consistent and well-controlled accreditation experience across markets.

Content, supplier and event coordination

  • Track content review and refresh activity, ensuring agreed timelines are met.
  • Liaise with content owners on updates, approvals, version control and implementation.
  • Coordinate external supplier support and track deliverables, timelines and issues.
  • Coordinate global events, including agendas, speakers, venues, technology, budgets, invitations, registrations and attendee communications.
  • Work with subject-matter experts to create content and prepare internal and external speakers.

What you'll bring

Essential requirements

  • Experience coordinating complex projects or programmes across multiple teams, locations or markets.
  • Strong planning, organisation and follow-through, with the ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines.
  • Confidence working with senior stakeholders, subject-matter experts and external suppliers.
  • Ability to build effective relationships across business, functional and geographic boundaries.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook and Teams.

Desirable requirements

  • Experience in Private Banking or Wealth, particularly within learning, talent, accreditation, sales enablement or professional-development teams.
  • Experience coordinating global or regional programme deployments.
  • Familiarity with learning platforms such as Degreed.
  • Experience supporting accreditation, assessment, training operations or professional qualification programmes.
  • Experience coordinating global events, content development or vendor-led learning activity.

What we offer

This is an opportunity to:

  • Help shape the global deployment of a high-profile Private Bank development programme.
  • Work with senior stakeholders and teams across multiple markets.
  • Gain broad exposure to learning, accreditation, sales effectiveness and programme management.
  • Build experience in a role with strong visibility and development potential.
  • Contribute to a growing team focused on improving capability and client outcomes across the Private Bank.

If you're highly organised, collaborative and motivated by making complex programmes work effectively across markets, we'd like to hear from you.
