What we're looking for

An interest in sales channel operations, sales, or related business processes; no prior work experience is required.
Curiosity and a willingness to develop analytical skills and problem-solving capabilities.
Strong organizational skills and a desire to learn how to manage priorities across multiple tasks simultaneously, with support from the team.

Nice to have

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Management, Marketing, Economics, Foreign Languages, Communication Studies, or a related field.
Excellent proficiency in English; knowledge of additional languages is an advantage.
Academic background in, or an interest in, channel excellence or operational activities.
Basic familiarity with data analysis, Artificial Intelligence (AI), and reporting, with an interest in further developing these skills.
Strong organizational skills and an interest in learning project management methodologies and practices.
An interest in the technology or manufacturing sectors is considered a plus.

The role

As an Intern - Channel Excellence Specialist at Honeywell Technologies, you will have the opportunity to learn by supporting operational activities focused on sales channel excellence. You will assist with partner coordination and operational processes, while contributing to the execution of strategies under the guidance of the team. You will play a key role in optimizing and enhancing the performance of our sales channel partners. You will learn how to promote best practices, improve channel processes, and ensure alignment with overall business objectives, with the goal of maximizing growth and efficiency. This position reports directly to the Chief Commercial Officer and is based at our Bracknell, Berkshire, United Kingdom office, following a 3+2 hybrid work model (three days in the office and two days remote).

What you'll do

Support the analysis of channel performance and contribute to identifying potential areas for improvement.
Collaborate with the team to document and implement operational process improvements related to the sales channel.
Participate in cross-functional collaborative activities to understand how sales channel strategies and objectives are aligned.
Support the team in preparing information and materials for sales channel partners.
Assist in the collection, organization, and reporting of key performance indicators (KPIs) related to sales channel programs, under the supervision of the team.
