Help us keep product information accurate, trusted and compliant. As our Regulatory Specification & Label Advisor, you'll play an important role in protecting customer trust by ensuring our product specifications, labels and artwork meet regulatory requirements and our high standards.

Working alongside colleagues across Product & Innovation, Technical, Sourcing and Commercial, you'll help bring products to market with confidence and keep information accurate throughout their lifecycle.

• Create and maintain accurate finished product specifications and regulatory data.
• Review product artwork and labelling, checking that mandatory information, nutritional details and claims are accurate and compliant.
• Work with suppliers and internal teams to resolve discrepancies and maintain consistent product information.
• Review supplier specifications and supporting documentation, challenging inconsistencies where needed.
• Keep product lifecycle management (PLM) systems and related databases accurate and up to date.
• Check that approved artwork aligns with final specification data.
• Manage and prioritise requests for new and existing product developments, highlighting risks and capacity constraints early.
• Keep up to date with relevant legislation, standards and industry best practice.

Nuneaton or London, UK | Full-time | Permanent

We offer flexible hybrid working, with an expectation that you'll attend our Nuneaton or London office at least once a month for team meetings, collaboration and key events. You'll have flexibility over where you work day to day, based on the needs of the role.

• Familiarity with specification management systems and artwork workflows is desirable.
