Requirements
What we're looking for
- Minimum 2 full-cycle SAP SuccessFactors Time Tracking implementations.
- Strong configuration experience in Time Management and Time Tracking.
- Knowledge of Employee Central, payroll integration, time, attendance, and compliance processes.
- Strong consulting, communication, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.
Nice to have
- SAP SuccessFactors Time Management certification preferred.
- Experience in multinational, complex, or client-facing SAP SuccessFactors environments.
The role
Looking for an SAP SuccessFactors Time Management and Time Tracking consultant to support implementation, configuration, workshops, integration, testing, and go-live activities.
What you'll do
- Lead SAP SuccessFactors Time Tracking implementation from design to go-live.
- Conduct workshops, gather requirements, and propose suitable solutions.
- Configure Time Management, Time Tracking, time off, timesheets, and attendance processes.
- Support integration with Employee Central and payroll systems.
- Assist in testing, training, troubleshooting, and post-go-live support.
