What you'll get

Salary: £12.96 per hour
Hours: 32 hours per week

The role

As a host you will have the opportunity to create memorable experiences for every member and prospect by delivering exceptional customer service and leading dynamic, informative club tours.

You'll play a key part in shaping the atmosphere of the club-keeping member areas clean, welcoming, and energising-while actively supporting a safe environment by spotting, reporting, and escalating any improvements to the clubs. You are a multi-tasker, handling various situations at once.

What you'll do

Provide excellent customer service to members and potential prospects in line with brand values.
Deliver exceptional club tours to potential prospects, based on their needs, providing up to date information about the various products available and following up where appropriate.
Ensure top level member experience through maintaining the cleanliness of member areas, gym floor (regular walk arounds, clearing up weights etc) and vending machines.
Stocking towel area, vending and protein shake machine.
Proactively reporting maintenance or facilities improvements.
Ensure any health and safety risks are minimised upon discovery/reporting and follow correct procedures to rectify escalating where required.
Ensure members and prospects details are correctly updated within relevant systems.
Safely and securely open the club and close the club following specified checklists.
Support with marketing campaigns, and member administration (Service Calls, member support, payment & Debt support).

Skills, Knowledge and Experience

Background in commercial economics, sports education, hospitality or similar relevance
