Here at GXO Harlow, CM19 5AW, we're looking for Warehouse Operatives to join us on a full-time, permanent basis.

What you'll do

Pick, process and prepare customer orders accurately and efficiently, meeting daily productivity and service targets
Safely load and unload containers, vehicles and trailers, and complete goods-in and goods-out activities
Process customer returns and carry out stock handling and inventory tasks in line with warehouse procedures
Use Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) where required and follow all operational and quality standards
Work as part of the wider warehouse team, supporting general duties, maintaining a safe and tidy working environment, and helping to meet business needs

How you'll work

You will be working on a shift pattern of, 5 days out of 7, currently Monday to Friday between the hours of 07:30 - 15:30 working 40 hours per week.

Due to business growth and operational requirements, working hours may be subject to change, including a transition to PM shift patterns in the future. Flexibility is essential.

What you need to succeed at GXO

Previous warehouse experience is preferred but not essential, with a positive attitude and willingness to learn
Previous Reach Truck and PPT experience is highly desirable, or you'll be willing to complete full MHE training and become certified
Good attention to detail and communication skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
A flexible, safety-focused approach, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
