Here at GXO, we are looking for an experienced HR Advisor to join our Carlsberg Britvic team in Lutterworth.

You'll be a trusted partner to line managers, providing timely, practical and comprehensive HR support while helping to shape and deliver the site's HR strategy-both now and for the future.

This is a full‑time, permanent, site-based position, working Monday to Friday, 08:30-16:30.

What you'll do on a typical day

• Applying people policies and processes, ensuring the integrity of local people practices within the site/contract - escalating where required
• Active involvement in supporting the engagement and wellbeing strategy across the site including million hours mission
• Ensure accurate operation of HR system and time and attendance system and other applicable systems
• Monitoring of key metrics, such as turnover, retention rates and absence reporting, taking action where required
• Manage any employee relations caseload efficiently and effectively, maintaining consistency across the sites

What you need to succeed at GXO

• Ideally qualification of CIPD Level 5 or working towards
• Previous HR Advisor experience
• Previous experience of providing employment law and best practice advice
• Personable with strong communication and relationship building capabilities across all levels of the business
