Customer Service Clerk

We are currently recruiting for a full-time, fixed-term Customer Service Clerk to join our friendly and supportive team in Doncaster. This role offers 37.5 hours per week, working Monday to Friday, 08:00 to 16:00, providing a great work-life balance alongside the opportunity to develop your skills in a fast-paced and rewarding environment.

Please note: This is a fixed-term contract until June 2027.

What you will do on a typical day

• Respond to customer queries via email and phone
• Track deliveries and resolve customer issues
• Update customer records and Excel trackers
• Build strong relationships with customers and colleagues
• Achieve KPI and SLA targets while supporting improvements

What you need to succeed at GXO

• Customer service experience is an advantage
• Confident using Excel, Outlook, and MS Office
• WMS experience is beneficial
• Strong communication and attention to detail
• Able to prioritise tasks and work to deadlines
