Assistant Manager in Kirby Muxloe

As Assistant Manager, you'll work closely with the General Manager to help ensure the smooth running of the hotel, restaurant and pub. You'll play a key role in leading the team, maintaining standards and creating memorable experiences for every guest.

• Support hotel operations: Help oversee the day-to-day running of our 22-bedroom hotel, ensuring guests enjoy a seamless and welcoming stay.

• Lead and inspire the team: Motivate, coach and support team members, creating a positive environment where people feel valued and perform at their best.

• Deliver outstanding customer service: Take pride in every guest interaction, resolving issues professionally and going the extra mile to make someone's visit special.

• Keep operations running smoothly: Support with rotas, staffing, standards and daily priorities across the hotel, pub and restaurant.

• Create memorable experiences: Help deliver special occasions, family gatherings and celebrations that guests will want to return for.

• Drive business performance: Support the General Manager with sales, costs, stock and overall profitability.

• Maintain high standards: Ensure the hotel, restaurant and pub are welcoming, clean, safe and compliant.

We're ideally looking for someone with previous hospitality management experience, particularly within a hotel, pub or restaurant environment. You'll be confident managing a team and understand what it takes to deliver excellent service in a busy, guest-focused business.
