JOB DESCRIPTION

We have a vacancy for a Spa Therapist to join the team at Santai Spa, Resorts World Birmingham. You will be responsible for delivering high-quality treatments and creating memorable experiences for our guests, ensuring every visit reflects the exceptional standards of Santai Spa. This role is ideal for someone who combines excellent technical expertise with a genuine passion for customer care and wellness. Please note we offer two paid 30 minute breaks in an 8-hour shift.

• Delivering a range of luxury spa treatments, including facials, massages, body treatments, and spa rituals to the highest professional standards.
• Providing personalised consultations and recommending treatments tailored to individual guest needs and preferences.
• Promoting and recommending treatments and retail products to enhance the guest experience and support revenue growth.
• Maintaining exceptional standards of cleanliness, hygiene and presentation across treatment rooms and spa facilities.
• Adhering to all health, safety, and hygiene requirements, as well as company policies and procedures.
• Assisting with stock control, product management, and inventory monitoring.
• Supporting reception and hosting duties when required, including welcoming guests and managing appointments.
• Handling guest queries and feedback professionally to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Working collaboratively with colleagues to create a positive, professional, and welcoming spa environment.
