As a Warehouse Automation Operative, you'll be joining our brand-new automated distribution centre, helping to shape the future of our operation from day one.
Working alongside industry leading automation technology, you'll play a vital role in ensuring customer orders move safely, accurately and efficiently through our warehouse. No two days are the same, you'll combine hands-on warehouse activity with modern technology, working as part of a team that values collaboration, continuous improvement and delivering an outstanding customer experience.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Identifying opportunities to improve processes and reporting operational issues where appropriate
  • Carrying out manual handling activities safely in line with training and procedures.
  • Maintaining high standards of quality, accuracy, housekeeping and organisation throughout the warehouse
  • Working collaboratively across the operation to ensure customers receive their orders on time

Shift Pattern

What We're Looking For
We're looking for people who enjoy working in a fast-paced environment and take pride in doing things the right way. You'll be someone who embraces new technology, enjoys learning and is committed to delivering high standards every day.
You'll ideally have:
  • An interest in technology and modern warehouse operations.
  • A willingness to learn new systems, equipment and ways of working.
  • The ability to adapt quickly in a changing environment.
