Prepare clear planning appraisals, statements and strategic advice.

Manage planning applications and coordinate technical inputs.

Maintain regular, professional communication with clients and project teams.

Negotiate constructively with local planning authorities and other stakeholders.

Review work produced by junior colleagues and support their development.

Contribute to fee proposals, client development and the commercial management of projects.

About you

Mrtpi; consultancy experience; confident with complex applications and design-led project teams. You should also be organised, dependable and able to explain planning issues in straightforward language.
