Sales Specialist in Cambridge

Salary: £25,500 OTE £50,000 - £60,000+

• £25,500 basic with realistic £50,000 - £60,000+

We are looking for a motivated Sales Specialist to join our Cambridge store. You will engage with customers, understand their needs and guide them to the right choices. This is a customer-facing, target-driven role where you will play a key part in delivering a great in-store experience.

• Deliver excellent customer service by listening and responding to customer needs
• Guide customers through products, features and aftercare
• Build strong relationships to encourage repeat business
• Achieve and exceed personal and store sales targets
• Maintain high standards across the showroom
• Process sales accurately using in-store systems
• Support with stock, deliveries, and general store operations
