Your Role

• Work with the agency to develop & implement a clear and robust SEO strategy to optimise our visibility across the search landscape.
• Conduct advanced search intent research and competitor analysis to uncover growth opportunities.
• Weekly & monthly reporting on channel performance, SEO and AI visibility, whilst managing a clear roadmap for continuous improvement.
• Highly influential in shaping both onsite content and our Home of Inspiration section, demonstrating E-E-A-T throughout.
• Manage the agency, holding them to account and ensuring we get the best out of our partnership.
• Supporting the wider digital marketing team when required, a chance to learn new areas and grow your experience in new channels.
• Communicating clearly and confidently with your team.
• Following health & safety procedures at all times.
• Making a difference every day to the customer experience.

Our Ideal Candidate

• You want to be here, want to do well, and want to be heard.
• A team player with a strong work ethic.
• Minimum of 3 years SEO experience, with knowledge across all facets of the channel. Technical knowledge advantageous but not essential.
• A deep understanding of the evolving landscape, encompassing SEO, GEO & AEO to ensure a fully rounded approach is adopted.
• Experienced in using analytics, search and optimisation platforms such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEO Monitor or similar.
• Reliable, organised and confident in Digital Marketing.
• Comfortable using systems and following processes with confidence in problem solving.
• Proud of your work and passionate about doing things right.
