Supervisor

The Sun & 13 Canton's is a legendary pub in the heart of Soho, established in 1882, famous for the actors, musicians and artists who have graced its floors. Our pub serves a mix of classic and craft beers with a focus on music and the arts. The restaurant is ran as a residency and is currently transitioning to KAMU, a Sri Lankan concept which been successful in several London pubs.

We're looking for a full-time (30 - 40 hours a week across five days) experienced Supervisor with Restaurant and Bar experience, in either a gastropub or restaurant environment. The ideal candidate will have at least one year's experience in the above, is willing to learn, can take direction and wants to join the established team. We have a great team of like minded people currently on-board and only want to add to this.
