Tenancy Review Consultant

Foxtons is looking for a motivated and commercially minded Tenancy Review Consultant to join our Lettings team. This is a fast-paced, relationship-focused role where you will work closely with landlords and tenants throughout the tenancy lifecycle, helping to deliver positive outcomes for all parties.

As a Tenancy Review Consultant, you will be responsible for managing tenancy review discussions, identifying opportunities to retain business, and negotiating successful tenancy renewals. This role is ideal for someone with strong communication skills, a consultative sales approach, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service while achieving commercial objectives.

You will:

• Manage and conduct tenancy reviews across a portfolio of residential properties
• Build strong relationships with landlords and tenants to understand their requirements and future plans
• Liaise with lettings negotiators, property managers and other internal teams to ensure a seamless customer experience
• Proactively engage with clients to strengthen long-term relationships and encourage repeat business
