Learning & Development Partner

• 3-5+ years’ experience in a dedicated Learning & Development role, preferably within a Technology organisation
• Proven experience in designing and delivering core L&D programmes for hybrid and globally distributed teams
• Demonstrated ability to source, evaluate and manage external vendors for targeted, skill-specific training
• Excellent communication, presentation and facilitation skills, with the ability to engage diverse audiences and influence stakeholders at all levels
• Strong organisational and project management skills, with high attention to detail
• Proactive and self-motivated, with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Experience or strong interest in upskilling and reskilling for emerging technologies like AI
• Ability to analyse data and generate insights to inform L&D strategy and measure real impact
• Highly adaptable, with a thoughtful approach to tailoring solutions and approach for the needs of the business and audiences
• Proven ability to build collaborative partnerships with People Partners to understand, anticipate and deliver against stakeholder learning and development needs

Reporting directly to the People Director, you will be instrumental in sustaining, refining and evolving our core L&D offering. You will be passionate about fostering a culture of continuous learning - delivering high-quality, measurable development initiatives and partnering with the wider People team to ensure organisational readiness for the future.
