We're looking for an enthusiastic, hands-on District Manager with strong QSR experience, who thrives in high-volume environments, lives and breathes our values and is a natural leader.
As a Five Guys District Manager, you'll lead the success of multiple restaurants, driving performance through people and delivering pace, quality and consistency across high-volume, fast-moving sites.
Five Guys is a fast-casual restaurant chain specialising in made-to-order burgers, hand-cut fries, hot dogs, sandwiches and handspun milkshakes.
The company puts a strong emphasis on fresh, handmade food: beef is hand-pattied, fries are cut in-store and cooked in 100% refined peanut oil, and customers can customise their order with 15 free toppings.
