Senior Operations Support Engineer - Subsea

• Engineering Qualification
• Computer skills (MS office, AutoCAD desirable)

We are looking for an experienced Senior Operations Suppport Engineer to oversee the safe, efficient, and cost-effective management of workshop, logistics, stores, purchasing, and certification activities. This role is critical in ensuring operational readiness and supporting customer requirements through effective resource planning, inventory management, and equipment maintenance.

• Coordinate workshop, logistics, stores, purchasing, and certification activities to support operational demands
• Liaise with Operational Supervisors to ensure equipment and resources are available when required
• Support procurement activities and work with suppliers to achieve best value and service
• Manage inventory levels, stock control, stocktaking, and cycle counting activities
• Maintain and improve maintenance, stores, and purchasing procedures
• Promote collaboration and resource sharing across locations and business units
• Ensure equipment is maintained, serviced, certified, and fit for purpose
• Lead incident reporting and investigations, implementing corrective actions where required
• Identify and mitigate operational, safety, and environmental risks
• Ensure compliance with company HSE policies and procedures
