What we're looking for

  • AWS - Strong cloud engineering and architecture experience.
  • Terraform - Infrastructure as Code and reusable modules.
  • GitLab CI/CD - Building and maintaining deployment pipelines.
  • Docker - Containerisation and workload management.
  • AWS Lambda - Serverless architecture and development.
  • Python / Bash - Scripting and automation.

Important: Applicants must hold active, transferable SC clearance and meet sole British nationality requirements. This is a mandatory requirement for the position.

Nice to have

Desirable: ECS, EKS, Kubernetes, multi-account AWS environments and DevSecOps experience.

Rate: Up to £650 per day (Inside IR35)

Contract: Until March 2027

The role

Platform Engineer

We are looking for an experienced Platform Engineer to join a technical delivery team working on secure, enterprise-scale cloud infrastructure.

What you'll do

You will be responsible for designing, building and maintaining AWS platforms, implementing Infrastructure as Code and supporting modern DevOps practices.

How you'll work

Location: London (Central) - Hybrid, 2-3 days onsite per week
