Confidence using operational data and KPIs to understand and improve performance.

Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make decisions when plans change.

Excellent communication skills and confidence dealing with drivers and stakeholders.

A positive, hands-on leadership style with the ability to maintain high standards in a busy environment.

A Transport Manager CPC would be advantageous, although we're also happy to consider candidates willing to work towards the qualification.

Why join Evri Premium?

This is a great opportunity to take on real responsibility within a fast-moving transport operation and build your experience with one of the UK's best-known parcel businesses.

You'll work alongside experienced operational leaders, have a direct impact on service and performance and play an important part in keeping Evri Premium moving every night.

If you're an experienced transport professional who enjoys leading people, solving problems and keeping things moving, we'd love to hear from you.
