You'll bring:

Significant experience in network planning, forecasting, capacity planning, logistics or operational strategy.

Strong forecasting, modelling and analytical capability.

Experience planning for Peak, seasonal demand or significant changes in volume.

Proven experience leading and developing teams.

Experience delivering planning, transformation or continuous improvement initiatives.

Strong commercial awareness, with the ability to balance service, cost, capacity and customer requirements.

Confidence influencing and challenging senior and executive stakeholders.

Advanced Excel skills and experience using data to drive decisions.

A strategic mindset with the ability to remain close to operational delivery.

Experience developing planning tools, automation or reporting solutions would be beneficial. VBA, Microsoft Access or database knowledge is desirable but not essential.

Why Join Evri?

This is an opportunity to influence how our national network plans for customer growth, changing volumes, Peak and future capacity requirements.

You'll work with senior leaders across the business, lead talented planning teams and have a direct impact on the decisions that shape the performance of our network.

If you combine strong logistics knowledge, strategic thinking and data-led decision making, we'd love to hear from you.

Apply today and help shape the future of Evri's network.
