What you'll do

  • Act as a trusted advisor to client senior leadership, translating technical strategy into clear business outcomes and risk positions
  • Mobilise new engagements at pace, establishing delivery structure, wave planning, governance and ways of working
  • Plan and facilitate discovery and design workshops and guide and quality-assure migration teams
  • Drive the use of AI and automation across the migration lifecycle, from AI-assisted discovery and dependency mapping through code and configuration transformation to testing
  • Design and assure target landing zones, connectivity and security in line with the AWS Well-Architected Framework
  • Mentor team members and contribute to the growth of EPAM's cloud migration practice

Requirements

  • Strong command of AWS migration tooling and strategies, such as AWS MGN, Migration Hub and the 7 Rs
  • Proven technical pre-sales experience and the confidence to engage and influence senior client stakeholders
  • Strong AWS architecture foundations, including landing zones, multi-account management, networking, security and compliance
  • Proficiency in Infrastructure as Code and automation (for example Terraform, CloudFormation) and scripting (for example Python)
  • Hands-on experience using AI to accelerate migration and modernisation, with proficiency in technologies such as Amazon Bedrock, Amazon Q, Kiro or Claude
