• At least 3 years' aftersales experience in a similar role.

Salary: £35,000 per annum OTE £48,000

Senior Service Advisor

Our Service Advisors manage all customer enquiries by telephone and in person and successfully convert these into firm bookings. The role aims to maximise service sales and profitability through selling core, value-added and incremental products. We pride ourselves in providing an exceptional customer service experience and this role is central to delivering that; delivering the highest levels of customer service to ensure customer loyalty and repeat custom.

The Senior Service Advisor we are looking for will be a team player but also a leader, who thrives in a customer centric, creative, and a results' driven environment.

You will be solely responsible for managing the workflow through the Workshop. You will lead by example with consistent high standards towards customer service whilst maintaining composure in challenging situations. You will also be logical, methodical, and innovative in their approach whilst using your energy and charisma to maintain a trusting and productive environment.
