General Sales Manager

· Experience as a General Sales Manager in the automotive industry with demonstrable experience of leadership and management

· A sound knowledge and understanding of FCA standards, consumer legislation and trade practices

· Financially astute with a proven track record of achieving results

· Excellent communication skills at all levels combined with an eye for detail and a strong entrepreneurial spirit

Salary: £45,000 per annum OTE £73,000

You will undoubtedly be an experienced people manager with a passion for building excellent customer satisfaction whilst driving forward profitable business expansion. As a customer-focused manager, you will inspire your team to retain loyal customers whilst attracting new business through exceptional customer relations. You will be able to enhance the current team by providing support, coaching and motivation to them.
