Sales Executive

• At least 1 year's sales experience within the automotive industry
• Financially astute with a proven track record of achieving results
• Excellent communication skills at all levels and an excellent understanding of how to deliver an outstanding customer experience

Salary: £20,000 per annum OTE £45,000 with an uncapped pay plan

Our Sales Executive will be responsible for all aspects of sales to our customers, including finance, insurance, warranties, and any other additional products. Our Sales Executives will act as Endeavours front brand advocates, therefore will support our mission by creating using their creativity and drive to assist in the development of memorable experiences and consistent level of excellent customer service.

The Sales Executive we are looking for will be a team player who thrives in a customer centric, creative, and a results' driven environment. They will lead by example with consistent high standards towards customer service whilst maintaining composure in challenging situations. They will also be logical, methodical, and innovative in their approach whilst using their energy and charisma to maintain a trusting and productive environment.
