The role provides the key link between day-to-day venue and facilities operations and the wider Events Team, ensuring that operational requirements, maintenance, contractors, equipment and venue standards support the successful use of our spaces.

Alongside the core facilities and venue responsibilities, the postholder will develop strong working relationships with recurring hirers and key venue clients, providing continuity and an effective operational point of contact for venue-related matters.

The role will also support the Events Team with events where required, particularly where additional venue, facilities or operational input is needed.
