Producing weekly and monthly Profit & Loss accounts, investigating variances and explaining what the numbers mean for the business.

Supporting budgets, forecasts and re-forecasts to help drive financial performance.

Analysing costs, identifying trends and highlighting opportunities to improve efficiency, manage risks and deliver savings.

Partnering with operational managers to provide clear financial guidance and challenge where needed.
