What you'll be serving up...

As a Casual Front of House Team Member, you will play an important role in creating a welcoming and enjoyable experience for residents and visitors at Leaf & Bean, ExtraCare Stoke Gifford Village.

Deliver excellent customer service and create a friendly, welcoming environment

Serve food and drinks efficiently while maintaining high standards of presentation

Support lunchtime café service and evening bar operations

Operate the till and handle transactions accurately, following company procedures

Ensure customer areas are clean, tidy, well presented and fully stocked

Build positive relationships with residents and visitors

Work closely with colleagues to ensure a smooth and enjoyable customer experience

Follow Food Safety, Health & Safety and company procedures at all times

Report any maintenance or safety concerns in line with procedures

Reliable and flexible, with availability to work evenings and weekends

Kitchen experience would be an advantage, but is not essential

No previous experience required, as full training will be provided
