What you'll be serving up...

As a Chef you will have plenty of responsibility and opportunity to grow in your role, becoming a critical member of our team.

Prepare, cook and present food to the required standard

Follow menus, recipes, portion controls and allergen procedures

Ensure the kitchen and service area are always clean, well-presented, and well-stocked

Complete food safety checks, including temperature records, labelling and date rotation

Assist with deliveries, stock rotation and storage

Offer a warm and friendly service

Support functions, events and busy service periods as required

Ensure COSHH, Food Safety, and Health & Safety are followed

Work positively with colleagues and provide a professional service to customers

Possess a passion for food

Previous kitchen or chef experience preferred

Good knowledge of food hygiene and safe working practices

Focused on the front line

Genuine interest in customer service excellence

Reliable and flexible, with the ability to work well during busy periods

Good communication and teamwork skills
