What you'll be serving up...

As a Bar Person, you will support the team in delivering a friendly, efficient and high-quality service to Elior UK, our customers and clients.

Providing excellent customer service and creating a welcoming atmosphere

Preparing and serving a range of alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks

Taking customer orders and processing payments accurately

Maintaining high standards of cleanliness and presentation across the bar area

Restocking drinks, glassware and other bar supplies as required

Working as part of a team to ensure the smooth and efficient running of the bar

Following Food Safety, H&S, COSHH and other relevant legal and company requirements

The ingredients you'll bring...

Previous experience working in a bar, restaurant or customer-facing environment is desirable

A genuine passion for delivering excellent customer service

A friendly, positive and approachable manner

A strong team player with good communication skills

Able to work well in a busy environment

Self-motivated and able to work well unsupervised

A willingness to learn and develop within the role
