What we're looking for
- At least 2 years of experience working as a waiter in a formal restaurant environment with table service.
- Knowledgeable in food safety and allergens.
- Knowledge of Italian food and wines.
- Confident in making menu recommendations and taking accurate food and drinks orders.
- Ability to be flexible and work evenings, weekends, and bank holidays.
- Willingness to support multiple teams.
- Available for 30-40 huors per week.
- Fluent in English.

What you'll do
We are looking for experienced waiters with a minimum of 2 years' experience working in a fast-paced restaurant, to join our front-of-house team. As a Server/Waiter/Waitress, you will coordinate the service station and communicate with back-of-house to provide a dining experience that exceeds guest expectations. Successful candidates will have experience working in restaurants with table service and be confident in managing their own section. How you'll work
Contract type: Permanent, 30-40 hours per week, shifts falling between 9 am and 11 pm.
