Skills
The role
This is a Talent Pool position. Potential training opportunities to start from March onwards.
At easyJet, Cabin Crew are at the heart of every journey. You'll be the friendly face that welcomes customers onboard, keeps them safe, and helps create a great experience from take-off to landing.
No two days are the same. One day you might be flying to a sunny beach destination, the next to a vibrant city within our network - all while working alongside a supportive, energetic team.
Safety is always our number one priority. As Cabin Crew, you'll play a vital role in maintaining the highest safety standards while delivering service that feels genuine, confident, and effortless.
If you love working with people, thrive in fast-paced environments, and want a career that takes you places, this could be the opportunity you've been looking for.
Why Join easyJet?
With over 355 aircraft flying to 38 countries across 1207 routes, we're here to make low-cost travel easy, accessible, and enjoyable. Strength isn't just in numbers - it's in our people and our values.
As a short-haul airline, we don't operate long-haul flights, which means most of your duties return to base the same day. At some of our bases, you'll also have the opportunity to enjoy night stops, allowing you to experience destinations while you work.
But what really makes easyJet special is our people.
We're proud of our Orange Spirit - the energy, teamwork, and positivity that connects our crews across our network.
We live by our Promise Behaviours:
Be Safe - Safety always comes first.
Be Welcoming - We treat everyone with warmth, respect, and inclusivity.
Be Bold - We take initiative and aim high.
Be Challenging - We stay curious, embrace change, and learn every day.
At easyJet, we'll also invest in your development. With structured training and clear career pathways, many of our crew progress into roles such as Cabin Manager or explore opportunities across the wider easyJet network.
What We're Looking For
You don't need aviation experience to apply - we're looking for people with the right attitude and passion for customer service.
You'll be a great fit if you:
Have at least 6 months' experience in a customer-facing or people-focused role
Communicate clearly, confidently, and kindly
Stay calm under pressure and make safe, well-informed decisions
Enjoy working as part of a diverse, energetic team
