The role

Are you a proactive problem solver who loves bridging the gap between business vision and technical execution? We are looking for a Business Analyst to join our dynamic IT Delivery and Change Team.

In this role, you will act as a key liaison between business stakeholders, IT, and the wider Change function. You will collaborate across internal and third-party teams to capture, challenge, and manage requirements, ensuring our solutions align with strategic goals and land within agreed time, cost, and quality standards. · End-to-End Analysis: Lead the analysis phase of projects across both Agile and Waterfall methodologies.

· Impact & Risk Assessment: Evaluate the time, cost, and effort of changes. Conduct structured analysis (flow diagrams, data models, integration use cases) to map out dependencies, risks, and assumptions.

· Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Application Support, Data Management, InfoSec, SD&T, and Architecture teams to design secure, compliant, and business-aligned solutions.

· Stakeholder Management: Build trusted relationships across the business to manage expectations and secure acceptance on benefits analysis.

· Tooling & Documentation: Own high-quality project documentation using standard templates and tools like JIRA and Confluence.
