At Domino's, our supply chain operation keeps thousands of deliveries moving every week. As a Vehicle Service Coordinator, you'll play a vital role in ensuring our fleet is clean, roadworthy, fuelled and ready to support our drivers and customers.

This is a hands-on role where no two days are the same. You'll help maintain our vehicle fleet and transport yard to the highest standards, working closely with drivers, warehouse colleagues and transport teams to keep operations running smoothly.

You bring the flavour through your attention to detail, commitment to safety and ability to get things done. Together, we deliver delicious.

What You'll Bring

  • Previous experience in a similar role, ideally within a transport, fleet, logistics or warehouse environment.
  • An understanding of health and safety requirements in a busy operational setting.
  • Confidence working independently and taking ownership of tasks.
  • Strong attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem solving.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with colleagues across the site.
  • Flexibility to support operational requirements as they arise.
  • Experience driving HGV vehicles would be advantageous.
  • An LGV C1 licence is required

What You'll Be Doing

  • Ensuring Domino's vehicles are clean, presentable and ready for operational use.
  • Carrying out daily vehicle checks to help maintain fleet safety and compliance.
  • Refuelling vehicles before departure.
  • Managing vehicle movements within the yard to ensure the right vehicles are available when needed.
  • Maintaining a clean, safe and organised transport yard and surrounding areas.
  • Reporting vehicle defects, damage, accidents or safety concerns promptly.
  • Supporting drivers and warehouse colleagues with vehicle unloading when required.
  • Assisting with vehicle collections, deliveries and movements for servicing, maintenance and repairs where appropriately licensed.
  • Identifying opportunities to improve processes and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Following all company policies and health and safety procedures to help create a safe working environment for everyone.

How We Will Support You

At Domino's, we know our people are at the heart of our success. You'll be supported with:

  • Structured onboarding and role-specific training.
  • Ongoing learning and development opportunities.
  • A supportive team environment where collaboration is encouraged.
  • Access to career development opportunities across our supply chain network.
  • Competitive salary and benefits package.
  • A culture that values safety, respect and continuous improvement.
