Warehouse Team Leader

• Good knowledge of warehouse operations and the confidence to make practical decisions that support performance.
• Understanding of Health & Safety and Food Safety requirements within an operational environment.

Lead people, improve performance, keep things moving at Domino's

This is a hands-on leadership role where you'll have the opportunity to guide people, improve processes, and make a visible impact on how we operate. You'll help oversee the day-to-day running of warehouse operations, ensuring colleagues, stock, and resources are aligned to meet operational targets safely and efficiently. You'll spend time on the warehouse floor, supporting the team, solving problems, and working closely with Shift Managers to keep everything moving.

Some of your key responsibilities will include:

• Leading, motivating and supporting a team of Warehouse Operatives to achieve operational targets and maintain high performance standards.
• Managing shift resources, including workforce planning, overtime, holiday coordination, absence management and return-to-work conversations.
• Driving a safe, clean and organised warehouse environment while identifying opportunities to improve processes and ways of working.

Warehouse Team Leader Role Working Nights (Thurs, Friday, Saturday, Sunday (8pm - 6AM)

This role is perfect if you enjoy being at the heart of an operation, supporting people to succeed while keeping standards high. You'll be someone who can balance day-to-day priorities with a focus on safety, quality, and continuous improvement. You'll be comfortable making decisions, communicating clearly, and helping colleagues stay engaged and motivated throughout the shift.
