The role

Our Bakers play an essential role in delivering an exceptional customer experience across our Restaurants - delivering tasty treats, ensuring food hygiene and maintaining high operational standards.

What you'll do

Preparing a range of our bakery items to a high quality - including bakery to go for the food hall
Ensuring operation is compliant with statutory requirements such as health & safety and food hygiene
Working alongside the restaurant team to ensure your customers are presented with their items to a high standard
Developing your knowledge of dietary requirements, allergens and health & safety

How you'll work

Hours: Full Time

Hours per week: 30

You are passionate about all things food and delivering the best possible experience for our customers
A team player and confident communicator who is eager to learn new skills and gain new experiences
Flourish in a busy, fast-paces environment
Experience working as a Baker with successful delivery of production at volume
Excellent organisation skills with enthusiasm to get things done well
Relevant food safety qualifications would be ideal
