Support Worker

Full-Time Support Worker in Eastleigh (SO50) - 37.5 Hours per Week

Shift Patterns: 7:30am - 2:30pm, 2:30pm - 10:00pm, Sleep-ins required and alternate weekends

Pay: £13.26 per hour.The current payrate of £13.26 will be increasing to £13.71 per hour on 1st October 2026

Join our friendly team in Eastleigh, where we support three wonderful gentlemen who enjoy:

• Trips to Costa

• Attending church

• Getting out and about in their local community

Each gentleman has unique needs and requires support with personal care, so we're looking for patient, compassionate, and encouraging individuals who can help them live fulfilling, independent lives.

Drivers are preferred, as the people we support use mobility vehicles for appointments and outings.
