What you'll do

Supply Chain & Manufacturing is where our brands are made, moved and delivered to the world.

With over half of our people working across more than 100 sites, this is a complex, large-scale operation that brings together production, logistics, engineering and supplier partnerships.

It's fast-paced and hands-on, with teams working together to ensure quality, efficiency and sustainability at every stage. From sourcing ingredients to getting products into customers' hands, you'll play a role in delivering the brands people know and love.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Responding quickly and effectively to machine breakdowns, stops, and unplanned equipment failures.
  • Carrying out mechanical and electrical fault finding, diagnosis, and repairs.
  • Supporting preventative and predictive maintenance activities to maximise plant reliability.
  • Monitoring equipment performance and reacting to unhealthy operating conditions before they impact production.
  • Performing quality checks and equipment verification activities to ensure products meet required standards.
  • Working closely with Production, Quality, and Engineering teams to achieve site performance targets.
  • Supporting continuous improvement initiatives to enhance safety, reliability, efficiency, and quality.
  • Completing maintenance documentation and ensuring compliance with site procedures.
  • Contributing to root cause investigations and implementing corrective actions to prevent repeat failures.

The Ideal Candidate

You'll be a hands-on engineer who enjoys solving complex issues and finding practical solutions. You will be equally comfortable working autonomously or as part of a close-knit team and will take pride in maintaining high standards across engineering, safety, and quality.

You will be proactive, resilient, and adaptable, with the ability to balance multiple responsibilities while supporting production performance and continuous improvement objectives.

Why Join Us?

  • Be part of a high-performing and supportive engineering team.
  • Work in a modern manufacturing environment with advanced equipment.
  • Opportunities for training, development, and career progression.
  • Competitive salary and benefits package.
  • Play a key role in driving operational excellence and equipment reliability.

If you're a skilled engineer with strong mechanical and electrical expertise, a passion for fault finding, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced production environment, we'd love to hear from you.
