What we're looking for

  • Experience in billing, finance, freight audit, logistics administration, or a similar analytical environment.
  • Strong Excel skills and a high level of attention to detail when working with financial or operational data.
  • Excellent organisational skills with the ability to investigate discrepancies and resolve issues with internal and external stakeholders.

We're looking for a detail-oriented Freight Billing & Audit Analyst to join our team, supporting the accurate billing, auditing, and financial control of freight operations across multiple customer accounts.

What you'll do

  • Preparing and validating freight invoices, auditing carrier charges, and investigating invoice discrepancies.
  • Producing financial reports, supporting month-end activities, and working with operational teams to ensure billing accuracy and compliance.
  • Collaborating with customers, vendors, and internal stakeholders to resolve queries and improve processes
