Shift patterns: Core hours - Monday to Friday between 08:00 and 17:00.

We're looking for a Flow Room Manager to play a key role in coordinating order flow, supporting warehouse automation, and driving operational performance through systems, data, and continuous improvement.

✅A TYPICAL DAY MAY INVOLVE

• Prioritising and allocating customer orders to ensure work is distributed effectively across the operation
• Monitoring automation, warehouse systems, and operational dashboards to identify and resolve issues quickly
• Working closely with engineering and maintenance teams to coordinate preventative maintenance and minimise downtime
• Producing reports and analysing performance data to identify trends, bottlenecks, and improvement opportunities
• Leading and supporting the team, including performance management, absence management, and colleague development

✅THIS ROLE WOULD SUIT PEOPLE WHO

• Have leadership or supervisory experience within a warehouse, logistics, inventory, systems, or operational support environment
• Are comfortable working with WMS, WCS, automation systems, or other operational technologies
• Enjoy analysing data, identifying trends, and using insights to improve performance
• Have strong system skills and are confident managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Champion continuous improvement and enjoy finding better ways of working
