Previous First Line Manager Experience
IT Literate, With Microsoft Office Packages
Experience of working in a busy supply chain environment
Have strong operational knowledge of logistics and warehousing
Have a strategic mindset and a passion for problem-solving.
You're a natural leader with excellent communication skills, able to inspire and engage your team

Pay Rate: £30,000 to £32,000 (Dependent on Experience)
Grade: N
Contract Type: Permanent (Full-Time)
Shift patterns: Tuesday to Saturday OR Sunday to Thursday (To be confirmed at interview*), 7am to 3pm & 3pm to 11pm
Location: Coventry

The role

We're now looking for a Warehouse First Line Manager!

If you're a proactive leader with a passion for logistics, we want you on our team!

What you'll do

Supervise the running of a safe and efficient operation, working within clear guidelines to help achieve Operational Standards and defined outcomes for your responsibility area / shift approach.
Ensure current processes established on Work Instructions and trainings on Excellence School.
Identify and bring new standards to operation.
Communicate Objectives & KPIs applicable to your team (coordinators), align the expected frequency for tracking them, how the results are calculated and on which reports they can find the results
Have clear understanding of Roles & Responsibilities applicable to your position and to your team
Update Daily resource planning for next shift, based on latest volume and volume profile information
