We are seeking a Production Operative to join our dynamic manufacturing team at our Northern Upholstery site on a permanent basis. This role offers an opportunity to start a rewarding career with DFS. As a Production Operative, you will learn the factory processes and the materials needed to manufacture our furniture.

• Competitive Pay & Work-Life Balance: £26,529  per year ( Weekly Pay) 

• Location Bentley Moor Lane, Adwick-le-Street, Doncaster, DN6 7BD

• Working hours :40hrs per week working an alternate shift on both mornings and afternoons

• Week One : Monday - Friday 5:30 am – 1:50 pm

• Week Two : Monday - Wednesday 2:00 pm – 12:20 am Thursday 2;00pm - 12:05am (4 day working week)

Initially, your responsibilities will include ensuring that materials and products are available throughout the factory, which will involve significant manual lifting and require stamina. As you become proficient in your role and gain a deeper understanding of the products, you can choose to develop specialised skills such as upholstery or sewing, providing you with excellent opportunities for growth and increased earnings.

No prior experience is necessary—only a desire to succeed and a willingness to learn.
