About the role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Quality Control & Repair Progress Chaser to oversee product standards and optimize repair workflows across our upholstery production lines."You will serve as the primary owner of our digital defect tracking system, meticulously logging all faults, reworks, and cycle times in a centralized Google Sheets Inspection Log. Your main objective is to eliminate production bottlenecks, hold sections accountable for rework, and help to ensure that every finished piece leaves the floor in perfect condition.

What you'll be doing

• Quality Inspection: Monitoring and checking products throughout the production journey to ensure consistency and excellence.

• Standard Compliance: Verifying that every finished product aligns perfectly with DFS's high-quality benchmarks.

• Volume & Pace: Managing quality checks efficiently within a high-volume, fast-moving factory environment.

• Customer Assurance: Acting as the final line of defence to guarantee a flawless product experience for our customers.

• Detail Management: Demonstrating high levels of focus and attention to detail at all times.

We're looking for someone who

• Has prior experience in a Quality Control environment will be beneficial but not essential

• Enjoys working in a fast paced environment

• Has exceptional attention to detail.

• Takes pride in the work that they do.

• Great communication skills.
