At De Vere we pay attention to the thoughtful details that inspire the loyalty of our permanent colleagues. That's why we are proud to offer the following benefits for the role of Meeting & Events Sales Executive.
De Vere Beaumont Estate set in Old Windsor has a magnificent Georgian manor house as its centrepiece and is our largest hotel estate with 429 bedrooms, 45 meeting & event spaces, and over 40 acres of grounds. A hotel of this size means we have a variety of food and beverage outlets and some great bars on site, so we regularly host some pretty incredible conferences, events and weddings.
Your commute: based just 3 miles from Windsor, minutes from J13 of the M25 and 15 minutes from Heathrow; Egham station is also 3 miles away with fast connections to London Waterloo and Reading.
At De Vere, we warmly welcome everyone and foster a sense of belonging, where each person is valued and appreciated. Join our team and become part of a passionate group of individuals who genuinely care about the experiences we create for our guests and colleagues.
Are you an organised people person who enjoys bringing plans together? Are you looking for your next opportunity within events and hospitality?

As our Meeting & Events Sales Executive you'll be involved in bringing a wide variety of events to life, from conferences and meetings to weddings and special occasions. From the first enquiry through to the final details, you'll work with our guests and clients to understand what they're looking for and help create an event that feels just right for them.
You'll respond to enquiries, prepare proposals and coordinate bookings, making sure all the important details are captured accurately and shared with the wider hotel team. You'll build genuine relationships with clients along the way, providing a warm and professional service and making the planning process as smooth as possible.
Working closely with colleagues across the hotel, you'll help make sure everyone has the information they need to deliver each event successfully. With plenty happening at once, you'll keep things organised, stay on top of the details and enjoy seeing plans come together.
