Your Experience & Skills:

• Qualified Solicitor (4-8 years' PQE) or qualified CILEX lawyer
• Proven experience working on catastrophic or large loss injury claims
• Strong understanding of litigation, case law, and court procedures
• Ability to handle or support complex, high-value cases with confidence
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
• Calm under pressure, with strong prioritisation and organisational ability
• Defendant experience is ideal, but strong claimant backgrounds will also be considered

Catastrophic Injury Lawyer (Complex Claims) - Senior Associate

This is your opportunity to work on high-value, multi-million-pound claims involving brain injuries, spinal injuries, amputations, and fatal cases-alongside some of the most respected legal professionals in the field.

• Work on catastrophic and complex claims valued up to £10m+
• Collaborate with industry-leading lawyers and insurer clients

You'll be at the heart of complex litigation-managing or supporting high-value catastrophic injury claims from instruction through to resolution.

Your Impact Will Include

• Managing a caseload of serious injury claims including ultra-high-value matters
• Advising on liability, quantum, and indemnity issues
• Working closely with a Lead Lawyer on multi-million-pound cases
• Building strong, trusted relationships with insurer clients
• Supporting and developing junior team members
• Contributing to initiatives that enhance Keoghs' market profile

📍 Newcastle (Hybrid Working) - other locations will be considered
